Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

  • All texts must be written in English
  • Extended abstracts should be limited to 4000-8000 characters, and indicate one of the following themes

1– Title

2– Keywords

3– Justification/Motivation

4– Research Problem

5– Methods

6– Discussion

7– Expected Results

 

  • We kindly request authors to omit their names from submitted papers, since the suitability of their contents for this event will be assessed through a double-blind peer review system prior to acceptance.

 

  • The participation of approved papers in the Workshop is conditional to the registration and fee payment of at least one author. After this date, there will be no possibility of publishing the paper in any material related to the event.

 

Final paper guidelines

Final paper must have 1 cover page including:

  • title (Times New Roman, 14 pt, bold);
  • authors identification (Times New Roman, 12 pt): name (bold), academic affiliation, mail address and e-mail
  • abstract (maximum 1300 characters) and key words (maximum five)

The paper must have at least 13 and maximum 25 Pages (Times New Roman,12 pt, single space) including, title, article, tables, graphs and references
